Facilities Rentals

A dirty art class? A meeting that requires a projection? Just a chill event? The Avenue Concept offers funky, art-filled spaces that work for all of these.

Aligning with The Avenue Concept’s (TAC) mission of accessibility, community impact, and sustainability, we are announcing the following tiered pricing model for classroom and event space rentals at TAC’s headquarters (304 Lockwood Street, Providence, RI 02907).

Rooms available for rental are: the Reception Room (30 Guests), the Conference Room (15 Guests), the Paintbar/Gallery space (35-40 Guests), the Classroom (25 Guests), the backyard space (up to 125 Guests).

Additional Policies:

Sliding Scale & Subsidies: Available upon application, assessed based on organizational budget and community impact

Advance Booking: TAC Members can book up to 6 months in advance; non-members up to 3 months.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled 14 days prior; 50% refund if canceled 7 days prior; no refund within 7 days of the event.

Amenities Included: Wi-Fi, basic AV equipment, tables, chairs, and access to kitchenette upon request. 

Additional Services: Available at extra cost, including event staffing, advanced AV support, and marketing assistance.
